Pre Check-in

What is the Pre-Check-in form and why do I need to fill it in?

You may use the pre-check form to transmit important details regarding your bookings, such as your arrival and departure dates. We also ask that you agree to our guest conditions after verifying your information for safety and security.

What are reservation Terms & Conditions?

All parties participating in the booking are protected by the Terms & Conditions. It’s in place to avoid problems from emerging by making sure everyone understands how things function and what their obligations are while sharing a property.

All of our visitors must read and accept our reservation Terms & Conditions, as well as our House Rules, which were written in compliance with DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing).

What information do you need to verify my details?

We need a copy of your photographic ID (passport, Emirates ID, or GCC issued ID) as well as the information on that ID. We also need an email address and a phone number to contact you in case of an emergency. All of these rules are in place to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

We must examine the card used to make payment at check-in in order to prevent fraudulent conduct and safeguard our guests and homeowners. If you pay for your trip using a card that will not be accessible at check-in, please let us know while filling out your pre-check-in form.

Exotic Luxury Holiday Homes Rental L.L.C uses a secure online platform where you can input your personal information as well as a copy of an identification document so that we can validate your reservation.

Booking

How do I make a booking?

Check out the villas listed on our website, there are two ways to choose the dates you want

  • Fill in the form you have here. Our agent will contact you within 24 hours.
  • You can contact our agent through WhatsApp.

When do I have to pay for my booking?

You must pay for your reservation in full at least 14 days before your arrival date, or you may pay 30% sooner and the remainder must be paid on or before 14 days before the check-in date. We will regard your booking as canceled if you do not pay on time, and our regular Cancellation Policy will apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via cash or bank transfer. We also do accept UAE cheques, however, the cheque shall be cleared 48 hours prior to your check-in date in order to be valid.

Check-In

How will I get the keys to my property?

As part of the check-in, a member of the Exotic Luxury Holiday Homes Rental L.L.C staff will meet and welcome you at the property and deliver you with one or two sets of keys (depending on the property and number of guests).

Exotic Luxury Holiday Homes Rental L.L.C is a personalized service, and we will meet and welcome you at your property at 2 p.m. on the day of check-in, or at a time that is convenient for you, if you request it in your pre-check-in form. The check-in is an opportunity to acquire the keys and is also a time for us to show you around your home away from home, explain how everything works, and share some of our favorite local sites that you won’t want to miss.

We verify IDs and go through the house rules with you to make sure you understand what you need to do to receive your entire money returned with no questions asked, and we agree on a time to meet you for check-out and comments on your stay.

What time is the check-in?

Our usual check-in times are 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. UAE time, however we are ready to accommodate special requirements. The sooner we know, the more likely we are to be able to alter the time for you.

What If I would like a late check-in?

If you need to check-in after 6 p.m. UAE time, there may be a modest fee to support our night shift. If you need to check in late, please inform us ahead of time.

During your stay

What happens if there is a problem during my stay?

During office hours, we provide a concierge service to assist you with any additional services you may need during your stay, such as additional bed linens or towels, dry cleaning, supermarket delivery, airport transfers, or even hiring a chef. The crew is also accessible to answer any questions you may have concerning the house.

What do I do in case of emergency?

Please call the authorities first and then let us know if there is an emergency. Our emergency phone is accessible 24/7 for any situations that need rapid attention if it is a serious maintenance issue.

Check-Out

What should I do if I need to leave the house before my scheduled check-out period?

It is not a problem if you need to leave the house sooner than planned; however, please notify us so that we can advise you on where to leave the keys so that the house is safe when you depart.

What if I would like a late check-out?

Our typical check-out time is 11 a.m. UAE time, however if there are no other bookings or if the homeowner returns the same day, we are delighted to accommodate later check-outs until 1 p.m. This can only be verified within 24 hours of check-out, and there may be an extra fee.

A full day fee will apply if you want a guaranteed late check out or a check out between the hours of 1 pm and 7 pm.

Any check-out time later than 7 p.m. will need an extra night’s stay.

What if I like an early check-out?

As a general rule, we try to perform all check-outs individually. At the appointed hour, a member of our staff will arrive at your house to greet you and take the keys. This allows us to hear any comments directly from you, as well as assist you with baggage and provide any guidance for your continuing travel.

How do I leave a review?

Please send us an email with the specifics of your stay if you’d like to write a review.
